3. Hosting

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit our website, IONOS may collect server log files, including IP addresses. Hosting is used on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Contact Form and Email Contact

If you contact us by email or contact form, the information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry and for possible follow-up questions. This may include your name, email address, company information and message content.

To protect against automated spam requests, we temporarily process technically necessary verification data. IP addresses and form data are not permanently stored in plain text for this purpose; for rate limits and duplicate-message detection, we use pseudonymized HMAC verification values with timing information. Expired verification data is no longer considered for spam prevention and is removed during subsequent contact-form requests or through temporary-file cleanup by the hosting environment. Full message contents and email addresses are not logged for spam prevention.

5. AI-powered chat assistant

This website may provide an AI-powered chat assistant. If you use the chat, the messages you enter are transmitted to the technical service provider OpenAI to process your request. This may include your chat messages, technical connection data and the time of the request.

Use of the chat assistant is voluntary. Please do not enter confidential information, special categories of personal data or trade secrets into the chat. Processing takes place to answer your request and provide the chat service on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is efficient and user-friendly communication.

Further information on OpenAI processing personal data can be found in OpenAI privacy information.

6. Web Analytics with Plausible Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics for statistical analysis of the use of our website. The provider is Plausible Insights OÜ, Tartu, Estonia.

The purpose of the processing is to statistically evaluate reach, page views, visitor sources and the use of certain functions and contact or CTA elements.

Plausible does not use cookies or persistent identifiers. No cross-site or cross-device tracking takes place.

To determine daily unique visitors, Plausible technically processes, among other things, the IP address and user agent together with a value that changes daily. According to the provider, the IP address and the full user agent are not stored. The identifier generated from this is valid for one day only.

According to Plausible, the processing and storage of analytics data takes place within the European Union on European infrastructure. The data is not used for advertising or to create personal user profiles.

We additionally collect only statistical events, for example:

  • Click on contact
  • Click on initial consultation
  • Click on use case
  • Email contact
  • Phone contact
  • Successful submission of the contact form

No content entered by visitors into forms or the chat may be transmitted to Plausible.

The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the data-minimizing analysis and optimization of our website and communication offerings.

Plausible processes analytics data under a data processing agreement. Further information can be found in the Plausible Data Policy.

7. Cookies

No cookies or comparable persistent identifiers are stored on the end device for web analytics with Plausible Analytics. Where technically necessary cookies are used, they serve exclusively to operate the website.

If services requiring consent are used in the future, they will only be activated after the corresponding consent has been given.

8. Storage Duration

Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention periods.
